In July 2002, Louis set up a design studio in China, and with only $300 and a team of 4 people, JC Rapid MFG was established and registered as a trustworthy design company. It has grown to provide mainly part design and CNC custom manufacturing business for customers today.

In 2021, Jc Rapid was created by RJC Mold integrated manufacturing plant, which is specialized in the cnc machining segment business. Jc Rapid has a self-built factory, covering an area of 10000 square meters. This can further advance the development of our custom manufacturing business. By joining forces, we can better serve our customers. Better customer access to higher design complexity, tighter tolerances, more finishing options, more materials and wider lead time options.
